Refund/return policy;
Please choose carefully, we do not offer refund because you've changed your mind or because you did not end up using the product.
If you are not totally satisfied or not what you expected please contact us within 48 hours and you may return it to us within 7 days to either exchange or receive a store credit.
Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging along with a copy of the original receipt.
Please contact us to arrange a return. Note that return delivery is at your cost, and Party King is not liable for the loss of a product being returned. We recommend you use a tracked courier service when returning items.
Faulty Goods or Products Damaged in Trainsit;
All items are inspected and carefully pack prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product or a product being damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours.
In the event you do return an item and the fault is accepted by Party King, please ensure all packaging is retained. We will contact courier company and arrange compensation or replacement products for you as soon as possible. Please note we may request photographic evidence to provide to out courier company.
